These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services and products provided by Dirt Therapy Off-Road & Suspensions ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By using our services, website, or purchasing products, you agree to these terms.

Services

Dirt Therapy Off-Road & Suspensions provides vehicle services including but not limited to:

Off-road suspension installation
Lift kits
Aftermarket parts installation
Off-road performance upgrades
Diagnostics and mechanical repairs

All services are performed based on customer approval and agreed estimates.

Estimates

All quotes or estimates provided are approximate and may change if additional issues are discovered during service.

Customers will be notified before additional work is performed whenever possible.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods may include:

Cash
Credit/Debit Card
Online payment
Other approved methods

Vehicles may be held until payment is received in full.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate vehicle information
Disclosing known mechanical issues
Ensuring vehicles are safe to operate prior to service

Warranty

Parts installed may be covered by manufacturer warranties. Labor warranties, if provided, will be specified at the time of service.

Off-road use may void manufacturer warranties.

Limitation of Liability

Dirt Therapy Off-Road & Suspensions is not responsible for damages caused by:

Off-road use
Racing or extreme driving conditions
Improper maintenance
Third-party modifications after service

Website Use

All website content including logos, images, and text are property of Dirt Therapy Off-Road & Suspensions and may not be used without permission.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns may be accepted within 14 days of purchase if:

Item is unused
Item is in original packaging
Item has not been installed

Customers must provide proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Installed parts
Special-order parts
Electrical components
Custom fabricated parts

Restocking Fees

Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee (10–25%) depending on supplier policies.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Labor Charges

Labor performed on installed parts is non-refundable once work has been completed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.This is a place to describe your Return and Refund Policy to buyers.

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

Terms of return (i.e. number of days)
State of return (e.g. unworn)
Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product)
